In the Ogikubo and Asagaya area, "Sushi Namba" was frequently listed as one of the hardest to book sushi restaurant. Then in March 2018, "Sushi Namba" moved to 'Tokyo Midtown Hibiya', as a new stage.
The chef Masaru Namba trained at a sushi restaurant in the city and became independent at the age of 32. The mild-mannered customer service will not change, and surely a new legend will be born in the Hibiya area.
The counter has just 8 seats to allow for an even more relaxed dining.
【A message from Masaru Namba】
"Sushi Namba" aims for the perfect sushi. In the firmness, viscosity, sweetness, saltiness, and richness of our rice. And in the size and thickness of the cuts of seafood. Although there are many things one must pay attention to, the temperature is of paramount importance, says Mr. Namba. The temperature of the rice and seafood that day are written at the bottom of the menu; I'd like you to know these things when you taste our sushi. The ideal temperature of our rice and seeds. These two combine to form the "consistent sushi of Namba."
【NOTE】
On March 29, 2018, "Sushi Namba" moved to Tokyo Midtown Hibiya.
