French cuisine for adults that pursues the essential flavor of Japanese ingredients

French restaurant, “ALLIÉ”, located in Azabujuban, is a place for adults to dine.
Independent from “L’EMBELLIR” in Omotesando, this restaurant serves delicate French cuisine, with an emphasis on domestic ingredients, and carefully crafted by owner-chef Tadashi Harashima, and sommelier Kenichiro Sasakura. The concept is “ALLIÉ = Colleagues and Alliances.”

Chef Harashima has a pufferfish chef’s license, authorized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and is well versed in the cooking techniques of special Japanese ingredients. “ALLIÉ”‘s omakase course uses domestic seasonal ingredients to express the changes of the four seasons. The “pufferfish frit with shrimp crackers”, a must-try dish, has an exquisite balance of texture and flavor. Mr. Sasakura, who has accumulated experience as a sommelier and maître d’hôtel in various starred restaurants, such as “Beige Alan Ducasse” and “Dominique Bouchet,” offers wine pairing to match the delicate cuisine of Chef Harashima, in pursuit of “the essential flavor of food.” The pairing focuses on French wine and occasionally Japanese sake, to provide the best marriage.

In the quiet dining room with calm lighting, there are table seats and private rooms for four people, where you can spend a relaxing time with the important people in your life like during anniversaries, or casual business gatherings. Guests are also welcome to relax at the wine bar during the late evening. “ALLIÉ” is a French restaurant one must definitely visit when it is important to make “close bonds with people.”
