Artisan de la Truffe Paris is a restaurant specialising in dishes that focus on the coveted truffle, with an original location at the long-established BHV department store in Paris, France. Like its relative, the restaurant sources selected truffles from all over Europe for each of its memorable dishes.

The restaurant’s kitchen is led by chef Naoki Shirakawa, who trained in France and has worked at French restaurants in Japan. His dishes, from delicate appetizers to comforting main dishes and dazzling desserts, all place on emphasis on the prized truffle.

The kitchen selects truffles based on their unique aromas and expressions depending on the season each variety is at its peak, with an array on offer including black and white truffles; summer truffles; bloomer truffles; and burgundy truffles. As guests open their menus, the beginning lists each variety of truffle alongside their provenance and a map, with popular dishes including classic pâté de campagne with truffles, a cheese risotto with freshly shaved truffle, poire of beef fillet with fresh truffles, and even ice cream laced with their aroma.

A stylish dining room in a signature black mirrors the Paris flagship, and is lent warmth with natural wood floors and tables. In addition to a 50-cover dining room, a counter with up to six seats and private rooms hosting up to five diners each are also available. Last but not least, an open terrace seating up to 46 guests is an ideal setting for al fresco occasions.

The restaurant presents an ideal setting for celebratory occasions, such as belated anniversaries, as well as relaxed gatherings with friends and dates in dazzling surroundings.
