Upon approaching Wolfgang’s Aoyama, a short one minute walk from Aoyama Gaienmae Station, guests are greeted by a gorgeous glass-covered entrance signposted with the letter ‘W’ emblazoned in a handsome red hue. Wolfgang's Steakhouse Signature is a famous American restaurant specializing in dry-aged USDA-certified steak, with five locations in Japan, each with a unique menu, but all focused on preparing luxury ingredients with the concept of creating a premium and better steakhouse experience.
The greatest strength of Wolfgang's Steakhouse is undeniably the quality of the meat.
The American beef offered to guests is exclusively "Prime Grade", the highest quality beef by USDA rating (only about 3% of beef distributed in the United States is certified) and is dry-aged for about 28 days. The highest quality meat becomes more tender, flavorful, and delicious when it is matured at an appropriate temperature and humidity under strict control.
Thickly sliced into steaks, each cut is baked in a roaringly hot oven at 900°C. The plate serves as an iron plate, and it isn’t uncommon for guests to cheer at the intense sound of the meat grilling on the table. The specialty is the Prime Steak (T-bone steak), which offers guests two steaks in one -- the sirloin and fillet.
In addition, at Wolfgang's Steakhouse Signature, diners can enjoy a menu of carefully selected seafood and caviar, such as matured Kumamoto Akaushi Beef, which is a first for the Wolfgang brand. There are more than 1,000 bottles of wine from around the world in the glass walk-in wine cellar inside the restaurant.
Guests are seated at 58 tables, 2 private rooms (of 8 to 10 people) in the dining area, and 24 seats in the bar and whisky lounge. A chic dark brown interior and warm lighting creates an inviting space that is both elegant and relaxing. And, although the restaurant is located in a prime location in Aoyama, guests can easily relax and forget the bustle of the city.
Perfect for a variety of occasions, Wolfgang's Steakhouse Signature is ideal for situations such as dinner with friends, dates, and entertaining guests and business associates.
