Elegant French Élan.MIYAMOTO is located in a quiet residential area, a 10-minute walk from Ebisu station and a 5-minute walk from Ebisu Garden Place. Mr. Hideya Miyamoto, who worked as the head chef for 21 years at "CHEZ MATSUO", started this restaurant in April 2016.
The chef who is conscious of beauty and health provides dishes using many fresh vegetables.
Specialty of courses is "Elan Vital" with pesticide-free edible flower and herbs from Aomori Prefecture. It is highly recommended to have herbs at the beginning of course, to have good appetite.
This restaurant is not too big but have counter seats and 12 white and black tables. We would like you to enjoy the contemporary French cuisine made by skilled chef and relaxed atmosphere.
