The specialty 'Bistecca di lombo di primo taglio alla Fiorentina' is an hearty, juicy T-bone steak from prime-grade Black Angus beef, a meat lover's favorite. Not only steak, Bisteccheria represents a new generation of Italian cuisine with must-try dishes ’Galloni 24 MONTHS', 'Tajarin Pasta with Black truffle' and so on.
