A Ginza style "innovative Chinese" restaurant with great hospitality in a chic space

“Ginza Shin Fu En” is a Chinese restaurant that opened in July 2017, and is located on the 6th floor of a building just 1 minute walk from Sukiyabashi intersection in Ginza. Led by a chef with 20 years of experience at a long-established Chinese restaurant in Ginza, this "Soshin Chuka"(innovative Chinese) was created with Chinese chefs who have worked at famous restaurants all over China. Using traditional Chinese cooking techniques, the restaurant offers innovative cuisine using fresh seafood and produce sourced from the mountains all over Japan to create a dynamic and delicate new Ginza style. Their featured dish, "Mao Zedong Spareribs", uses the best pork and is flavored in a way that is specific to the season in which it is being served. The back ribs on the shoulder side are used instead of the ordinary pork ribs, meaning that this sumptuous dish is known for its soft meat and rich flavor. "Shin Fu En Special Peking Duck" is a dish where guests can enjoy watching the meat being cut by the chef right in front of them. The classic high-class dish "Simmered whole shark fin" can be chosen from shortfin mako shark from Kesennuma or the finest Yoshikiri Shark Fin. Four different flavors of soup can also be chosen, such as Cantonese or Peking style. Shin Fu En also have various seafood dishes that uses fresh seafood from Hoshino Fisheries in Hokkaido as well as from the Toyosu Market. At Shin Fu En, you can enjoy high-class Chinese cuisine that is absolutely first rate, befitting of the restaurant’s location in Ginza. There are various drinks suitable for "Soshin Chuka" such as rare 30 year Shaoxing "Ta Pai" rice wine, cocktails, whiskey, Chinese sake, etc. The restaurant has a helpful guide with recommendations for which wine to match with each dish listed so guests can easily choose the best options.

The restaurant boasts a luxurious black and gold interior. There are table seats as well as fully private rooms for 4 and 10 people. Guests will be highly satisfied with Shin Fu En’s first-rate Chines cuisine and unique heartwarming hospitality whether they are visiting for anniversaries, other celebrations, or for business occasions such as entertaining guests.
