Located a 5-minute walk from JR Sakuranomiya Station. "Hinabe Mita Seito" is a Chinese cuisine restaurant specializing in a hot pot which opened beside the Okawa River in Osaka in 2018.
The hot pot has various soup recipes in China which is said to be the birthplace. While praying for the eternal youth and longevity of the important guests visiting from all over the world, it has been continued to follow the recipe, which was said to have been created through extensive research and the use of rare and difficult-to-obtain spices that were served at state guesthouses in China. The hot pot is made with more than 25 kinds of spices imported from China, including Chinese ginseng, Chinese pepper, and goji berries, and has been elevated to a dish that is recognized by gourmets.
“Hinabe Mita” is the one which has been inherited this precious historic taste. They offer selected fresh seasonal ingredients from all over Japan every month. Shaoxing wine and wines, which feature a rich aroma developed over 10 years of aging, along with a smooth and mellow taste, are favored in hot pot.
The chic and relaxed interior is all semi-private seating. It can flexibly accommodate parties from 4 to 14 people by rearranging the blinds used as partitions, so it is perfect for group functions like welcoming and retirement parties. Hotpot is eaten with authentic Sichuan mala soup and herbal chicken soup also has detoxifying and beautifying effects, so it is recommended for groups of family and friends.
