If the status is ‘Pending’, please wait for the restaurant to confirm the reservation.
■If your request is regarding your upcoming reservation (confirm, change, or cancel) or any questions regarding restaurant services, please access ‘Reservations’ which can be found under your name in the upper right corner of the page after logging in. Please click on ‘Changes-Inquiries’ to submit your inquiry. Your inquiry will be sent directly to the restaurant.
* Please note that we will not be able to respond to questions, change requests, etc. if you do not have access to ‘Reservations’.
* A reservation is confirmed when ‘Reservation Completed’ is displayed on the user's personal account page on the site.
* Please be sure to visit your personal account page after making a reservation to confirm the status of your reservation regardless of whether or not you have received a reservation confirmation email.
* Losses due to ‘not receiving an email’ or ‘not checking the email account’ will not be compensated.

A: ‘Smart payment’ ~Make your dining Experience smarter~
Pocket Concierge provides a service that allows people who spend time together at restaurants to relax and enjoy the best dining experience and smoothest payment process.
The checkout process from booking to arrival at the restaurant is as follows.
①When applying for a reservation: Billing for your tasting menu
When you request a reservation, we will pre-authorize your card (credit line).
At the time of reservation confirmation, payment will be made in advance of the tasting menu.
②When you get to the restaurant: Billing for additional orders
Any orders made in addition to the tasting menu will be charged to the same credit card after you finish the meal. You do not need to pay at the restaurant, and you can leave the restaurant directly after eating. Receipts will be sent to you by email after you leave the restaurant, ensuring complete discretion without your guests observing any payments being made.
* If you need to check your bill before leaving the restaurant, please ask a restaurant staff member for assistance.
* Some restaurants require that any additional items to be paid for at the restaurant. Please check the ‘Reservation Policy’ to confirm if this is the case at your restaurant.
* If you do not receive an email with your statement after your visit, you can check this by going to your account under ‘Reservations’.

A maximum of 5 cards can be registered. Please be sure to confirm the following details when registering:
* The card information (name and card number) is entered correctly as it is printed.
* The year and month of the expiration date are entered in the printed order without a / (slash).
* Verify that the security code is entered correctly.
* Make sure there is no problem with the limit or expiration date.
* We only accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, AMEX and JCB cards for payment.
4) Please try sending your booking inquiry again.
Note for the reservation request form: Please note that there is a check box under Reservation Request - Important Notices, so please make sure the box is checked.
If you cannot complete your reservation request even though the above information is correct, please try again with another card. Please use the latest version of Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc., in an environment with good reception, as Internet Explorer may sometimes not work properly.
